Verb- 1. To evade (a question) yet convince (the questioner that a satisfactory answer has been given) 2. Cast confusion (in an answer)

Noun - An act of avincing

Phrases - His answer was avincent. The girl in the shop was avincing me. I avinced him with my cunning answer. All you need to do is avince him.

To obtain an OED (Oxford English Dictionary) entry, the word need to be in widespread useage and there also needs to be evidence of it in print, such as in magazines, journals and newspapers etc.
